FAQ Props, Rentals, Florals

Please read our terms and conditions. carefully prior to any booking confirmations.

By submitting a payment and deposit you (here known and described as the client) acknowledge you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Bookings:

Bookings are based on availability of delivery date and items. Bookings are secured with a min. deposit noted on the invoice. For circumstances out of our control such as but not limited to: a rental item(s) has been damaged on route or prior to delivery and we are unable to deliver the booked rental(s) we will replace it with the closet type of prop available.

Confetti Event Rentals is not responsible for any third party services contracted by our team.

Weather Concerns:

Confetti Event Rentals always appreciates your business, unfortunetly due to extreme weather alerts or unsafe roads we may exercise the right to cancel your order with no notice. A refund of your balance will be returned but the booking deposit will be retained for future bookings. Please contact the office if you have any concerns.
Deposits:
A min. non refundable deposit is required to book all rentals
The final balance is due by the date noted on the invoice (usually 3-5 business days prior)
Payments:
We accept Visa Master Card and Amex. We also accept Etransfers.
Delivery:
Deliveries are done by the agreed time on the invoice, same for the pick up time.. please note we come right in and start tear down we don't look for the event host. Pick up times should be considered carefully and arranged with the venue as well.
Arrangements would need to be made to meet on site, if no one will be on site a floor plan is requested..

We will not proceed with set up if we are unable to complete the set up due to but not limited to, incorrect address, homeowner or venue refusal of install, no safe access to property, failure to provide or book service elevators or loading docks, unsafe install location. No refunds issued, if we are unable to successfully set up
Props:
All rentals are assembled where noted by client or floor plan. For safety reason the props cannot be moved after set up.
The client is also responsible for making sure the props are used safely and not misused (for safety reason)

Please read liability.
Extra Fees:
We charge an additional fee if we are required to come back and required to wait an excess of 30 mins or more to set up or pick up at the rate of $75.00 per 1/2hr.
These fees are to be paid the day of. We do our best to confirm deliveries prior to the event date, we do this so we don't need to charge these rates.

The Client agrees to pay and reimburse any charges incurred due to but not limited to damaged props and rentals
Cancellations:
We require a min deposit to secure the rentals this deposit is non refundable. No exceptions! It can range from $25 and up

Liabilities

Confetti Event Rentals is not liable for any damages or injuries but not limited to property or any person and or animal caused by any reason or any misuse or abuse or allergic reaction of our product or services. The Client agrees to provide a safe install location(s).

Confetti Event Rentals does not operate in a Nut Free or Latex Free Environment.

Confetti Event Rentals does not take any liability for any of the products offered or services offered.

By booking with Confetti Event Rentals you agree that we are not responsible for any damages, injuries or other liabilities resulting from the rental items or services provided by Confetti Event Rentals. The customer agrees to defend the supplier against any claims for any losses, damages, penalties, claims, injuries or expenses incurred as a result of this agreement. In the event there are any damages to the rentals the client agrees to pay the incurred damage charges. By submission and payment of the deposit the client agrees to the terms above

Information Collected.

Please note WE DO NOT share any of your personal information given to us. Emails may be used to send out promotions for our group of companies, such as but not limited to Confetti Event Rentals.

Publications and Copy Right

We reserve the right to repost and use photos, publications or videos with our products with out verbal or written consent for our blogs, media post, social platforms, website or advertising.

Stork and Lawn Signs Rentals

By submitting a payment and deposit you (here known and described as the client) acknowledge you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Bookings

To secure a booking payment must be received at the time of booking.

We accept Etransfers or Credit online by phone or in person.

Client agrees that all information on the invoice is correct.

You will be billed 100% for any items that have been damaged or stolen. If a Credit Card is on file you agree to have payment taken for the damaged or missing items an invoice will be issued. Please note a lawn card can cost anywhere from $50 per card.

Delivery Set up and Pick Up

We deliver as per the agreed time on the invoice.

Deliveries are done before 10am the day of unless otherwise agreed.

(We do not alert the homeowner we are there)

Pick ups are done anytime after sunset, unless otherwise agreed.

We will not proceed with set up if we are unable to complete the set up due to but not limited to, incorrect address, homeowner refusal of install, no access to property or lawn space unavailable.

In the event of we are given an incorrect address we will charge an additional fee based on the new location and must be paid before the second attempted delivery. No exceptions

Pick ups are done without notice after the agreed time. Our employees will begin tear done without a verbal consent.

Refunds

If you need to cancel a 50% refund will be given. No Exceptions! OR we can issue a full credit towards a future booking…
